The battle between San Bernardino County Second District Supervisor Janice Rutherford and Assemblyman Marc Steinorth is flooding voter mailboxes.
Steinorth’s campaign and an outside independent expenditure committee is slamming Rutherford with a barrage of hit pieces. Rutherford, even last night, was out trying to raise money from an empty well to hit back.
Here’s a sampling of the negative mailers.

Rutherford the pig whore ? I dont think so. This putrid excuse for a human needs to be defeated. She is a disgrace.
It’s interesting that Janice is now the most corrupt member of the BOS. She was completely in on the fact that the Colonies Corruption Case was a fake prosecution, yet she pushed along with it even when her own county attorneys told her it was baloney.
She led the charge to abandon the colonies civil case, even though she was told by those same attorneys that the county was only minimally at fault and that SANBAG and Caltrans shoulder the burden of liability, screwing county taxpayers out of at least $100 million and letting those organizations off the hook for their malfeasance.
And she has refused to perform proper oversight over Mike Ramos when she personally knows he abuses his office for sexual favors……
Sorry Rutherford….but you deserve the boot.
