As expected, incumbent San Bernardino County Second District Supervisor Janice Rutherford is starring at the possibility of looking for a private sector job in December.
Campaign finance reports filed by Rutherford and her challenger, Assemblyman Marc Steinorth, on Thursday show a heavy money advantage for the Assemblyman.
Since January 1, Rutherford has raised $112,649, with $160,004 in cash on hand.
Steinorth, who had some accumulated usable funds in his Assembly campaign account has reported raising $683,368, with $600,175 cash on hand.
Rutheford, who has essentially held governmental and elected positions most of her career will likely be looking for a new job this coming December.

Has there been any mail in this race by either candidate?
The Philanderer and his COS girlfriend off to ruin the county.
What job could Rutherford do in the private sector that would allow her to be at home as much as her BOS “job”?
Rutherford is a pig. She is a truly worthless POS who deserves to be at home full time. And not on our dime. Low life dirtbag liar.
Great start for Steinorth! We need a Supervisor that isn’t corrupt and that tells the truth. Rutherford is a self-indulgent hack. Even her FB posts prove she uses the job only so she doesn’t have to work.
Another of a string of invisible Supervisors who have backed a corrupt DA to the hilt, even when they know personally that he promotes his mistresses to $300,000 a year jobs that Rutherford approved!
