Did a High Desert Republican Join the Climate Change Cabal?
A High Desert Republican representing the communities of Apple Valley, Hesperia, and Victorville appears to have joined the Climate Change Cabal occupied by the radical left.
Supervisor Robert Lovingood, a Republican In Name Only (RINO), was elected in 2012 and has gradually shown his liberal tendencies which are completely out of step with one of the most conservative regions in the state.
In January of this year, Lovingood hired lobbyist Fred Aguiar to be his chief policy advisor. Though we have discussed Mr. Aguiar at length in previous posts on this blog, it is worth repeating here:
He lives 300 miles away and is being paid $122,000 a year to work just 18 hours a week from his home.
Yes. You read that right.
But, it gets even worse than that.
Aguiar was previously appointed by former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to various bureaucratic agencies where retired political hacks go to sit on their butts and collect cushy six figure salaries for doing nothing.
We all know about how liberal Governor Schwarzenegger was in love with the whole climate change issue. Well, it appears that Lovingood’s policy advisor also supports the debunked climate change agenda.
If you take a look at one of Mr. Aguiar’s political slush funds where he doles out political favors you will see that he also used his campaign fund to pay for his participation at the California Leadership on Climate Change. See image below:
One must wonder, is Aguiar whispering climate change nonsense into Lovingood’s ear on various High Desert projects and transportation issues.
As I revealed in yesterday’s blog post, “Do-Nothing” Bob has not authored one bill related to creating jobs or improving infrastructure.
On top of that, my research into Lovingood’s record shows that he votes with liberal Democrat James Ramos more than 99% of the time. I will be detailing this in a future blog post (UPDATED).
So, why is the San Bernardino County Republican Party endorsing a do-nothing politician with zero accomplishments, who votes in lockstep with the most liberal member of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors, and who surrounds himself with Sacramento lobbyists and political hacks who support the climate change fraud?
Never mind the fact that Lovingood helped cover up and/or did nothing on prostitution and child abuse scandals that have rocked the county…

Another excellent article backed with documentation to support your commentary Joe.
There are a number of elephants in the room that aren’t being touched on.
MAYBE Lovingood did enter his position with the initial intent to do something good.
Based on more than a little known history to some of us he MIGHT have been taken to lunch and told how others roll in this regime and if he wanted to upset the apple cart he might find himself indicted on some bullshit charges. It has happened.
You do remember when Bill Postmus ran for the BOS he was put under 24/7 surveillance by SBSD along with two other candidates? The cops were armed with high dollar cameras.
Certain other elected officials DO NOT want to lose that 3/5 vote in their favor for ANY reason they so often get.
Even though certain folks would have loved to kept Postmus from winning and allow Davis to continue, Postmus jumped in bed with those who would have destroyed him if they had gotten any serious dirt on him in short order.
If Valles wins she is going to have to make her bones VERY quickly after winning to show those who supported her she wasn’t talking political trash just to get elected.
If this blog can expose the scandals that it has, Angela shouldn’t have any problems calling foul in the first 6 months in office under the current regime.
She is only ONE vote, but a PITA around here can’t be tolerated for too long.
Angela is calling foul on the CFS scandal like many others, BUT it’s not just about the BOS. Call BS on them you are calling BS on those who wear the badge too.
Slippery slope indeed.
When you walk down that lonely road again Joe, I’ll walk with you.
The next elephant in the room is the Colonies case. Want to talk about corruption at its finest? We will see but not before the election.
The central Republican committee is worthless. If you ever go to a meeting and you see how stupid they behave and they don’t even have their act together they just waste money and time. Why they would endorse loving good when he’s done nothing but raise taxes and his term is bought and paid for by developers is beyond me. The first district needs to get rid of the corrupt Robert lovingood!!!
McMahon is a RINO. Look at who he supports Aguilar and Ramos.
