The first presidential debate is in the books and Republican Donald Trump let some great chances go by. But he didn’t screw-up.
Democrat Hillary Clinton, on the other hand, held her own, but once again spent more time on attacking Trump than on her policy proposals.
Most ‘unscientific’ online polls, with the exception of a couple, have Trump winning the night.
But the real loser of the night is CNN, which put out a poll result showing Clinton destroying Trump.
When announcing the results, the network’s political guru, David Chalian, kept qualifying the poll as a “lean democrat” sample.
With CNN (A.k.a. - The Clinton News Network) one could expect a heavy democrat-leaning poll.
However. This poll was a 2-1 democrat over republican sample!
I mean give me a break.
Godzilla, let alone Clinton, could win with that polling sample.
Anyways. In the aftermath of last nights debate Trump’s polling numbers will continue to rise.
He looked presidential.
It was Clinton’s job to create just the opposite.
Plus Trump displayed a level of knowledge on issues.
Between now and the next debate expect the main stream media to escalate attacks on Trump as desperation sets in.
The next debate will be held in St. Louis on Sunday, October 9, 2016.

After today’s revelations in Congress about her email scandal and FBI Director Comry getting hammered maybe the next two debates will be more intense drama.
