Who’s President Donald Trump going to pick for the open seat on the U.S. Supreme Court? Well only he knows thew answer to that question.

I can’t wait until 9:00 p.m. (EDT) arrives tonight. That’s when Trump will let us all know and the talking heads can shut up.

In my humble opinion 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Thomas Hardiman is the lead an likely pick.

Hardiman makes absolute sense. He was the runner-up to now Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch last year.

Trump has reportedly spoken to Hardiman at least twice in the past week and unless something has change from last year, he should be on the top of the list.

Don’t get me wrong. The other contenders, Circuit Court of Appeals Judges Amy Coney Barrett, Raymond Kethledge and Brett Cavanaugh are stellar candidates.

But absent some issue Hardiman should be the choice.
