Lou Desmond

Tuesday, May 19, 2015 – 05:00 p.m.

Tonight on the show, Lou is joined by Ryan Hagen, who covers the city of San Bernardino for the San Bernardino Sun. Ryan and Lou talk about last night’s city council meeting in San Bernardino, where the Council voted 6-1 to approve the city’s bankruptcy plan.

Then, Lou is joined by Pete Esquivel, a former SWAT officer in Riverside, to talk about Obama’s plan to demilitarize police. He sheds light on how this could negatively effect police and their ability to provide safety to the public.

After that, Ralph Rossum, pocket constitutional scholar for the show, joins Lou to talk about a court ruling that allows “The Innocence of Muslims” to be published online again. Then, Lou and Ralph talk about Airbnb, a sharing economy business and the legal situation surrounding it.
