The fraud case against the former Project Manager at San Bernardino International Airport has been continued once again.
A motion by attorneys for Defendants Scot Spencer and Co-Defendant Felice Luciano to continue the Disposition/Reset Hearing was granted by the court this morning. Thursdays action is the tenth continuance in the proceedings.
All parties are now scheduled to return to court on April 16, 2015, with the current last date for trial set for June 15, 2015.
Both men stand accused of defrauding the airport of more than $1.5 million through the use of a alleged phony contract agreement.
Spencer and Luciano have denied the allegations.
The 21-month old case is a part of a major long-running investigation into expenditures at the airport, which has resulted in no other persons being charged.
