The former city manager of Upland, California, is heading back to court.
Robb Quincey, who was charged by the San Bernardino County District Attorney, with three felony counts of perjury, misappropriation of public funds and conflict of interest, has been fighting his case since October 2012.
The case, which has been plagued by a series of continuances, looks to be headed for a preliminary hearing on July 21. A hearing to determine whether or not sufficient evidence exists to hold Quincey for trial.
That’s unless another delay is granted.
The parties are set to appear in San Bernardino County Superior Court for a pre-preliminary hearing on Tuesday, in Rancho Cucamonga.
