Another blow for beleaguered San Bernardino.
InlandPolitics.com has learned that San Bernardino Police Chief Robert Handy is leaving.
A development the Mayor and Common Council is aware of.
Sources say Handy, who has been on the job a little more than two years, is going to the Huntington Beach Police Department. A far cry from were he is today.
A little tension has erupted over Handy reportedly using $5,000, from asset-forfeiture funds, to travel to Israel, while knowing that he was leaving.
