The Upland-based law firm that recently scored a major victory, by way of an $885,000 settlement for a former sheriff’s deputy, against San Bernardino County and Sheriff-Coroner John McMahon, is dissolving.
InlandPolitics has learned that Lackie, Dammeier, McGill and Ethir is dissolving.
The decision comes after the firm’s main operational revenue source, The Peace Officer’s Research Association of California – Legal Defense Fund terminated the firm, which is the funds largest panel provider.

All firm members have already secured new business arrangements.
Litigation against PORAC-LDF is likely, since allegations of fraud were leveled against certain partners/members of the firm.
