SAN BERNARDINO – A San Bernardino Superior Court judge on Friday delayed a hearing to discuss whether political watchdog Sam Clauder should be found factually innocent of possessing child pornography.

Clauder did not appear for the hearing, but spoke to his attorney, Rajan Maline, afterward and said the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office had not made a decision whether to approve Maline’s petition for a finding of factual innocence.

The hearing was postponed until Dec. 7.
