The Sun: Watchdog group criticizes Lewis investigation

The Washington D.C. watchdog group that six years ago called for an investigation of Rep. Jerry Lewis today released a report critical of the resulting probe, which ended without any charges being filed against the Redlands congressman.

ONTARIO – Passenger traffic numbers may be down at L.A./Ontario International Airport, but there is a bright spot – air cargo traffic.

For most of this year, air cargo at ONT has been up by about 15 percent.

LATimes: Cities refuse to hand over redevelopment money

Twenty-seven cities have not forked over all of the redevelopment money the state says they owe, according to Gov. Jerry Brown’s administration.

The state says the cities owe $129 million total, but they’ve only returned $6.7 million.
