Take two for San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors candidate James Ramos.

Meaning yes, another push poll.

Ramos, who’s chairman of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, just can’t believe that voters don’t like him.

Say it isn’t so!

But yes, it’s true!

After Ramos’ first poll landed with a loud thud, it appears he wants to check in again.

Last week Ramos engaged another push poll and we’re waiting to hear just how bad it is.

A push poll without Assemblyman Paul Cook in the mix.

Cook’s withdrawal from the supervisorial race to run for Congress, leaves Ramos in a two-man contest. Something Ramos cannot prevail in due to district demographics.

No, he can’t beat incumbent Neil Derry. Especially after Derry takes him out behind the proverbial wood shed, which we hear may be very, very soon.

Inquiring minds hope that tribal members don’t become too upset at their chairman for all the public relations damage that’s about to ensue.
