An Upland medical marijuana collective shuttered by a Superior Court Judge last year will now be allowed to reopen.
Late Monday, the State Fourth District Court of Appeal issued a stay of a preliminary injunction preventing medical marijuana collective G3 Holistics, Inc and President Aaron Sandusky from operating within the city.
The stay, the third granted by the appellate court, will remain in effect until the case is decided.
The City of Upland, which is experiencing serious budget issues, has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars battling the collective in the courts.
