It could be a late night for the Upland City Council.

Leaders will meet in closed session tonight to discuss Robb Quincey’s job performance. The city manager has been on paid leave since Jan. 4.

The council is also scheduled to discuss an ordinance for an ethics code, campaign finance, medical-marijuana dispensaries and changing the selection process for boards, committees, commissions and authorities.

Find out what came out of that meeting along with these other stories in the Daily Bulletin this week.

Metro Gold Line officials will lead a workshop about a proposed La Verne station north of Arrow Highway and east of E Street. The Tuesday meeting will be at La Verne City Hall.
