The Upland City Council will hold its first regular meeting of the year at 7p.m. tonight.
The council will consider a resolution rescinding all prior claims and lawsuit settlement authorizations of the city manager and establish a new process.
Council members will also consider approval of an ad hoc committee regarding the provision of legal services.
This is the first meeting since the council voted to place City Manager Robb Quincey on paid leave of absence last Tuesday.
Finance Director Stephen Dunn is taking Quincey’s place in the interim.
Find out what will happen at the meeting as well as developments in other news in the Daily Bulletin later this week.
It’s also the first meeting of the year in Rancho Cucamonga on Wednesday. The new council, with a new mayor and two new councilmen, will set goals for the year and work on team-building.
