On Saturday, we exposed the lies San Bernardino Sun columnist Sal Rodriguez had peddled in a column and in Facebook posts as he attempted to smear First District Supervisor candidate Angela Valles on the issue of Syrian refugees.

Columnists and journalists aren’t used to being held accountable.

But, social media and the internet has changed the old paradigm when frauds could spread their propaganda without suffering any serious consequences.

After being lit up on this blog, Rodriguez began to do some damage control and deleted at least one of his Facebook posts. Read the rest of this entry »
