The San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on Wednesday appointed board chairman James Ramos and vice chairman Robert Lovingood to serve on a committee that will appoint a successor to Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector Larry Walker, who retires on March 5.
