The Purchasing Managers Index from Cal State San Bernardino scored at 42.1, down from 52.3 in November

Weakness in new orders and production helped pull the area purchasing managers index for December to a six-year low, sparking concerns about a potential economic contraction.

A very disturbing statistic emerged late last year: The Riverside County District Attorney’s Office and one judge approved more wiretaps in 2012, 2013 and 2014 than any other county in California.
