The San Bernardino County Sentinel Newspaper, a publication that’s been an irritant to many Inland Empire local governments and politicos, has been granted legal adjudication.

The designation means the newspaper can now publish legal and public notices for a fee.

Several past attempts to garner the coveted status were met with opposition by local newspapers. However this time no opposition materialized.

When reached Saturday, Publisher Mark Gutglueck told that hard copy distribution of the weekly newspaper was 11,000 copies, and digital copy distribution was at 32,000.
