Tonight on the Lou Desmond & Company Show, Ralph Rossum, Salvatori Professor of American Constitutionalism at Claremont McKenna College, joins Lou to talk about several legal and political goings on. First up, Indiana and freedom of religion there. Is the recent bill that passed there about allowing discrimination against the LGBT community?
Then, teachers are having to sue to take Good Friday as one of their days of religious observation. Apparently, if it’s not mandatory, they can’t go to church that day.
Finally, the Supreme Court declines to hear a case that originated here in SoCal about American flag shirts being worn on Cinco de Mayo.
