A California appellate court has refused to intervene in a ongoing two-day strike by San Bernardino County Nurses.
Late Tuesday night the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division 1, in San Diego, summarily denied a request for an immediate stay of a Superior Court Judges refusal to grant a temporary restraining order blocking all county nurses from walking out.
The job action, which commenced Tuesday morning, is set to end on Thursday at 7 a.m.
