U.S. Representative Gloria Negrete-McLeod continues to benefit from big money support in her quest for a seat on the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors.

The candidates in one of the Inland Empire’s most competitive and closely watched political races have not debated since the primary, and there are no plans to do so any time soon.
The lack of a debate between Democrat Pete Aguilar and Republican Paul Chabot in the 31st Congressional District frustrates some voters. The San Bernardino County seat on the Nov. 4 ballot is open after the retirement of Rep. Gary Miller, R-Rancho Cucamonga.
