Ontario’s lawyers want her to uphold its right to sue for the return of local control of airport. Owner L.A. says it’s too late.

Ontario is asking a judge to unwind the city’s agreement with Los Angeles that gave L.A. control of Ontario International Airport, saying Ontario officials in 1967 and 1985 had no right to give up the airport forever and provide no way out of the contract.
