Two media outlets popular with conservatives are reporting that Rep. Mark Takano, D-Riverside, said during a recent town hall in Jurupa Valley that the meeting wasn’t a public forum.
The Washington Times and World Net Daily quoted Beth Baumann’s account of what took place. Baumann is described by WND as “a conservative activist in a number of fields.”

Along with your recent comments, I reassessed my past diagnosis of your behavior and concluded I was mistaken, so I apologize; you do not suffer from FTD, or any other medical or psychiatric condition at all, you just lack, ignore, or were not brought up to have
manners,
common decency,
respect,
or civility.
