The never ending saga, surrounding the redevelopment of the former Norton Air Force Base, continued Thursday, with the announcement that the executive director of the San Bernardino International Airport, is leaving June 30.

The departure/retirement of A.J. Wilson comes just 2 years and 8 months after his arrival.

In an interview with The Sun newspaper, Wilson said “I came here to straighten out the airport and get rid of the bad actors and replace them with good operations.”

We all know about the departure of, and subsequent criminal charges to, former Airport Manager Scot Spencer. But who else is Wilson referring too?
