The case of former San Bernardino International Airport developer Scot Spencer and alleged accomplice Felice Luciano has been delayed again.

The reason is a familiar tune with local prosecutors.

New discovery was handed over to the defense, in a case alleging Spencer and Luciano conspired to deraud the San Bernardino International Airport Authority of more than $1 million.

The case has now been continued until July 10, 2014. That’s a ninety-day extension.

One can expect more delays here. It’ll be interesting to see if local prosecutors try an prevent Spencer from throwing other involved locals under the bus.

He must have some interesting stories to tell.
