More McMahon’s law suits!
How is this his fault?
It’s not 404, but the idiots here will make it his fault to suit their agenda.
Well Joe it’s Saturday your BA is high I am sure, so tell us what
McMahon has done wrong. Feel free to tell us the great and wonderful
things too. HURRY up before you pass out.
ACU 404 is Henry talking to himself.
Kenny, you accuse someone of being a drunk, but you don’t even know what day of the week it is.
@2, short answer, because he is the Sheriff……. Abbreviated reason, he signed off on it, handed down no discipline, and despite all the inconsistent statements and out right lies, he allowed those individuals to remain in the field.
Someone wants a new flatscreen.
@6 DAMN your right, it’s Friday, BIG typo. #5 LOL, prolly.
Blasé this is the lawsuit that makes Deputy Ismael Diaz THIRD on duty death. YEAH baby McMahon gets to buy this lawsuit for sure. Will they depo McMahon? Remains to be seen. If their smart they will.
I spoke with this law firm. They have gotten together with the lawyers in the 2 previous cases and compared some SERIOUS notes. NO QUESTION the first and second lawsuit SERIOUS inconsistent statements were found.
In the Kenneth Munoz case (2nd incident) Deputies FLAT ASS lied and got caught. The DA cover up that shooting big time.
Galipo knows about the Travis Bauer case too.
Could McMahon be the first SBSD Sheriff to get tagged with PERSONAL liability like Baca just did? Galipo has the ammo.
Probably why he is asking for $10 million.
We will see.
Can we hear the turd Mills defend yet another one of the McMahon lawsuits. Failed sheriff. He would be fired if this were the private sector. Thanks Josie for this failed POS.
McMahon likes to make sure the county pays out big time. Deputy Ismael Diaz third on duty death. A first year cop, just a deputy or someone from the streets would probably have removed 2 gun Diaz from patrol after shooting number 2.
Now we have John McMahon who cannot make a judgement in this, so he leaves Diaz on patrol. Bad move John. You need to go back to the academy or ask a deputy to help you out. You are costing the county way too much in litigation.
This is a prime reason McMahon has got to go. SEBA are you kidding me?
Yes Schrader will be the next Sheriff. McMahon has already lost.
