More than a quarter of uninsured Americans say they are more likely to pay the fine than sign up for Obamacare before the deadline, a new poll shows.

Twenty-eight percent of those surveyed say they will likely pay the fine, according to a Gallup poll released Tuesday, s number that has remained consistent despite the approachng enrollment deadline in March.
