San Bernardino >> In a matter of weeks, no Penmans will hold city-wide elected office in San Bernardino for the first time since 1987.

The San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters certified the results of the Nov. 5 election Wednesday afternoon, making the results of a key San Bernardino race official: Judi Penman has lost her bid for reelection to the San Bernardino City Unified school board.
