A former prosecutor who sued Riverside County over alleged violations of his constitutional rights has agreed to settle his case for $150,000, according to the prosecutor’s lawyer.

The Moreno Valley City Council — beleaguered by a federal investigation and pending lawsuits — is expected on Tuesday, Oct. 22, to authorize wiping out records that some on Friday said may lead to destruction of evidence.
