Republican members in th U.S. House of Representatives, who haven’t the slightest clue what they’re doing, appear to be on the path to caving, once again, this lovely Thursday morning.

Washington D.C. sources are reporting that Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-Ohio) is set to propose a six week debit limit hike. There’s no mention of any end to the so-called federal shut down, with only 17% of the government really affected. But one can expect a cave on this as well.

Is anyone really surprised?
