A federal political corruption probe has widened to include Moreno Valley City Hall, city officials have confirmed. Meanwhile, Councilman Richard Stewart said Wednesday, Aug. 28, that investigators have given him permission to say he is not a target of the investigation. Law enforcement agents would not confirm Stewart’s announcement.
