InlandPolitics: San Bernardino recall signature verification could proceed


Thursday, August 22, 2013 – 10:15 a.m.

In a hearing this morning, a San Bernardino County Superior Court judge is indicating he is leaning towards allowing verification of recall signatures collected against four San Bernardino city officials.

Arguments are still being made.

The PE: SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY: Union chief is out

The Grand Jury´s extensive criticism of the San Bernardino International Airport last year has been followed by a report this year concluding airport officials have now followed all of the Grand Jury´s recommendations. Is this another sign of turn-around for the airport, now that a developer has been removed from it and is instead facing felony charges? RIALTO, Calif. — “Get on the ground,” Sgt. Chris Hice instructed. The teenage suspects sat on the curb while Sergeant Hice handcuffed them.

Sergeant Hice wore a camera as he detained two suspects. He said he viewed the camera as a kind of protection.
