The Sun: San Bernardino County suing insurer for $5 million

San Bernardino County announced Thursday it has sued one of its insurance carriers, seeking $5 million plus punitive damages for allegedly refusing to pay out on a legal settlement with Highland residents for flood damage to their homes in 2010.
