UPLAND – The Upland Finance and Economic Development Committee tonight agreed to recommend the proposed 2013-14 fiscal year budget for approval by the City Council.
The budget is balanced and has a small surplus but does not meet the 10 percent reserve policy limit.
The city is bringing in $91.9 million in total revenue, $39.37 million of which is for the general fund.
The operating expenditures total $106.23 million, about $38.6 million of which is from the general fund.
