As the campaigns to represent California’s 31st District gain traction, Redlands Mayor Pete Aguilar announced endorsements from 10 California congressmen.
Eight of the endorsements are from Democrats representing districts in the Greater Los Angeles Area. The two others serve districts in Santa Clara and San Diego counties.
“I’m very pleased to have the support of so many Democratic leaders from our great state,” Aguilar said in an emailed statement. “Today is a strong vote of confidence in my campaign to help middle-class families, create jobs and fight for the needs of Californians. ”

yet people in his OWN town are not supporting Aguilar … why?
Hey Mayor Petey, where’s the Human Resources Director and you could at least introduce the new stand in at today’s Special City Council meeting?
Heard that DWI-DSL’s past finally caught-up with her… and to think, City Manager NE Martinez brought a new HR Director to Redlands, along with labor attorney Filarski, both from the City of ONT in order to REORGANIZE the Redlands workforce, and in order to cover Martinez’s rear from being responsible for anything (except renewing his EVERGREEN CONTRACT).
Now DWI-DSL has become a victim of her own PERFORMANCE BASED ass-suck that the current environment of public employment has become… yes, she’s a failure (Nabar u r next) bye, bye Debbie, TBSS u backslapping bitch, go (directly) TO HELL (do not pass Go, do not collect $200!) because Captain America says so!
Do I hear something being proposed by Councilman Harrison related to the General Plan Update??
What about those General Plan Update fees supposedly being collected from development over the last ten years, or haven’t you been collecting that fee from developers (as a freebee) ever since Nabar came to Redlands in 2007??
There’s a NEED alright… a NEED TO FIRE MARTINEZ!
How much does the city manager in Redlands make? Isn’t the city in financial trouble? What has Alguilar ever done that would qualify him to be in Congress?
If I received a quarter every time a candidate ran a campaign based on a promise to “create jobs,” and paid out a dollar for every one who actually did so once elected, I would be rich.
Observer of Facts is right about ‘jobs promise’ government needs to provide for health and safety of local citizens. Private sector should create jobs. Cities use ‘create jobs slogan’ to pick pocket of taxpayer and gift money to cronies.
City of Redlands is looking to federal government to fund four police officers… If city operated correctly basic core services like police, fire, code enforcement and capital projects would take precedent. What happened?
What JWorm and the other Donnelly morons won’t tell you is they attack all candidates for City Manager pay.
Hey JWorm when your candidate doesn’t betray his chief of staff for cash payments let me know your views on ethics and conservative values. You may be right on Aguilar but in politics you turn a blind eye on a complete loser. You have done so again and again. Wake up
