Arrowhead Credit Union, based in San Bernardino, has been released from conservatorship after being under government control for nearly three years.
“It is a great day for the members of Arrowhead Credit Union and the County of San Bernardino,” said Diane Dykstra, president of the California & Nevada Credit Union Leagues.
“We can debate day in and day out, ‘Did the regulators act prematurely? Did they wait too long,’ … At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter because it’s back in the hands of its members. ”
The California & Nevada Credit Union Leagues are trade associations for 343 credit unions in the two state area.

The failed legacy of Larry Sharp and Pete Aguilar. Incompetent and dishonest!
The Suns reports federal regulators recruited Tom Potter to chair Board of Directors and elections will be held, what is the scoop? Will Sharp and Crony Inc. be making a takeover move?
How and why was Pete Agular groomed to be Mayor of Redlands? Was it Susan Peppler’s resignation
whose Republican appointment to a DC position that created the vacuum to appoint Aguilar? It seems many Republicans have had a hand in grooming this “horse.” ESRI had the city build them an entire office building using RDA funds. Seems they are betting on some DC pork.
How engaged are Redlands voters? General Fund broke for years but cash to help the profitable ESRI?
How come Larry sharp isn’t in federal prison?
