VICTORVILLE • An aviation maintenance firm and a solar power business recently signed new leases at Southern California Logistics Centre in Victorville through Stirling Capital Investments.

Southern California Aviation, a long-term tenant since 1998, signed a one-year contract to expand into additional facilities of 10,161 square feet.

New tenant Vivint Solar signed a 24-month lease for 7,787-square-foot facilities.

The Southern California Logistics Centre is a 2,500-acre air cargo, aviation facility and commercial complex in Victorville.

“We continue to experience demand for our facilities at Southern California Logistics Centre,” said Stirling Capital Investments’ Chief Operating Officer Brian Parno, who said the center is currently at about 99 percent occupancy.

Southern California Aviation provides Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul services to aviation clients worldwide.
