Assemblyman Tim Donnelly plans to introduce a bill that would allow teachers or other school personnel to receive publicly-funded training to carry weapons on campus as a deterrent against future mass shootings.
Donnelly, R-Hesperia, plans to hold a press conference Wednesday morning to announce the bill, which would create what the fiery legislator calls a “School Marshal Plan.”
The bill would allow public school educators to pay for the firearms training necessary for teachers, administrators or janitors to carry weapons on campus.

Tim Donnelly is an idiot. I have no problem with anyone carrying guns. I have a problem with a two faced idiot like Dumbbelly. He now thinks he is god. God of what, I don’t know.
He has turned into or maybe he has always been, a jerk.
God of the tea baggers. I hope these teachers, administrators and janitors are more careful where they leave their loaded hand guns then this imbecile.
