A joint powers authority including San Bernardino County and the cities of Ontario and Fontana will meet Thursday to consider proposals to fix the county’s foreclosure crisis.
The Homeownership Protection Program JPA will consider a request for qualifications prepared by its staff and decide whether or not to disseminate it to interested parties, county spokesman David Wert said.
