A second decision that Riverside Councilman Chris Mac Arthur did not violate the city’s ethics code in handling alleged misconduct by his aide has ended the matter.

Riverside City Officials “received a LETTER” and they threw in the towel??

Is this a joke? The LOUD chatter was that many private attorney’s were willing to assist the city with the fight! NOW we find out the WHITE FLAG was tossed in BEFORE a fight…over a LETTER!!… and MS. ROBINSON does not question that!
AH! Cowards! I serious thought no one on earth could stoop to the depths of SBC- I was wrong! I least we are now putting up a fight in San Bernardino County and attempting to take back control, and rise again!

Come to think of it, I tripped the other day in front of Riverside City Hall. I think I’ll send the Riverside City Council… “A LETTER”… asking for $50,000 for my scrapped bloody knee, the life long scar that will remain on my perfect knee, and for the emotional distress I suffered, because I was embarrassed!
—- If I don’t get the demand in my “LETTER” within 30 days….I, TOO, WILL SUE the City of Riverside! The rounds are on me!

You think this is how Hoops’ group raises money for that Washington D.C. based, uh, “foundation”; by sending out “LETTERS” threatening lawsuits?

I am totally baffled by the Riverside City attorney’s office:
1. The city of Riverside was awarded the, cough cough, Intelligent Community of the Year award.
2. Yet… Riverside’s City Attorney, Priamos, is struck by paralysis, rather, is DUMB struck, when a demand letter threatening a lawsuit hits his desk… gee what’s an “attorney” to do?
3. Entrusted with the final decision, what does Priamos order his staff? To caves in, raise the white flag, do as the letter says, and then quickly try to quietly brush the whole dilemma under the carpet so it can just go away; but it didn’t. Then he convinces his staff and city council that its a “costly” battle, and this “fuss over nothing” is not worth it; when the truth is, not battling will me more costly in the long run.
4. I do not have a license to practice law like Priamos, but apparently in the “Intelligent” city of Riverside, the City Attorney does not need one, all he needs is a bright red pre-inked stamp saying “Okay” to stamp and approve ALL demand letters. I CAN DO THAT! So can my parrot and any five year old!

My sincere apologies to Riverside City Attorney, Gregory Priamos, for misunderstanding him.
IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION, and I’ll pass it on, that he is a good man, an intelligent and well informed man, and was never “DUMB struck” nor was he ever “struck by paralysis” upon receiving that “LETTER”.

I have also been informed that he, however, DID use his HIGH INTELLECT in a cunning, convincingly clever, and deliberately calculating manner in his persuasion to SELL his “slanted” golden legal advice about the demand LETTER to his staff and council. That he threw in the towel, and didn’t care to “fuss over nothing” on account of deeper personal issues, which he brought to work, and are tearing at him, and all those lonely walks he has been taking around down town, in circles, are not easing his mind any… perhaps he needs to take a little quiet time off work to reflect and calm down. We will dedicate a song to him, it may help ease his mind, it’s from “Foreigner” although Mr. Priamos is NO “foreigner” so he should understand it very well, first hand, crank it up!
