The new story making the rounds this Wednesday morning is Former Republican State Senator Bob Dutton may challenge Rancho Cucamonga Mayor L. Dennis Michael.
Michael, who is extremely popular and has done a admirable job as councilman and mayor, intends to seek another term.
Dutton, who served on the city council before successfully running for state assembly, is telling people he’s bored.
That’s right, bored!
I guess there’s nothing to do since terming out of the State Senate last year.
Dutton, who recently made an unsuccessful run at eight-term Congressman Gary Miller (R-Rancho Cucamonga), has burned or turned on many long-time supporters all in the name of political arrogance. Miller and Dutton used to be good friends. Not any more.
Mayor Michael endorsed Dutton for Congress over Miller. Is the thanks he gets in return?
Republicans aren’t suppose to go after fellow republicans without serious cause. A concept that grows more foreign every day.

Mayor Michael recently signed on with NYC Mayor Bloomberg’s Anti-Gun group. He just lost over 3000 NRA voters in Rancho Cucamonga with that move. Both Miller and Dutton were “A” rated by the NRA.

Dennis Michael’s is a gun control idiot. He also hates freedom of speech. He voted to make any group of 75 people or more must get approval from the city before they can gather and protest. 1st Amendment hater. Bye-Bye Buzzard Face and Sam needs to go too. Two retired fireman from Rancho have voted on sooooo mant raises for the fire dept. When they do that adds to their retirement. Dennis and Sam Spignolo need to golo.

Dennis is a fire union pension fire chief making 250,000 a year as a retired firman, and active councilman. He is not a republican. we have yet to see dennis do anything republican but say “I’m republican.”
