Riverside County supervisors Tuesday approved a pay-for-performance plan for 601 employees. The plan gives raises for above-average work and pay cuts for poor performance.

Roughly 600 Riverside County employees could get annual raises for stellar work – or pay cuts for poor work — as part of a pay-for-performance plan approved by the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, Nov. 27.
