The blame game is in full swing within the Republican political machinery.
Hope, despair, anger, etc….etc…
But in reality does it mean anything in the end game?
Economic conditions, as they are, still remain weak and are forecast to weaken further, even with federal reserve policy holding interest rates near zero for the foreseeable future.
The main post-election difference is that under a Romney administration the impending economy drop-off would likely be slower, and possibly not as protracted.
But the decline would still occur.
The business of America has become big government, not big business. This is the crux of the infection besetting our country. It’s also the mantra of our newly-reelected leader.
The U.S. Government needs to hold taxes, not necessarily cut them, and spend significantly less.
A contention very few in Washington, D.C. understand.
It’s no secret government at the state, local and federal levels dwarf all other economic activity, and the process of shifting jobs from public to private payroll is painful under any process.
A concept President Obama has no apparent ability, or maybe desire, to comprehend.
The key downward accelerator in-play? The Affordable Health Care Act.
Since it’s now certain health care reform is full speed ahead the other shoe is dropping. Now businesses are announcing layoffs and moves to convert employees from full-time to part-time.
Why? To offset expenses related to the aforementioned health care reform.
A move that increase downward pressure on the economy.
But does anybody really care?

I am amazed at the defeatist attitude amongst republicans. The world is not coming to an end. Republicans still control the house, nothing is going to occur without there consent. No one man including the president is going to make or break our country.
To my republican friends, stop whining, don’t ask government to solve our problems, and get back to growing our country.
I blame ALL of you who say “WE should” do this and do that but don’t even vote, much less, call and knock on your neighbors’ doors … BLAME YOURSELVES for the DEMOcraps’ success
Waste of Republican money on Gary Miller! Miller is a real estate developer who has been very nimble over the years in using his office to increase the value– at taxpayer expense– of his properties. Generally viewed as a barnacle on the ass of southern California politics, if the man spent even a fraction of the time serving his constituents that he does serving his own interests, his district, the first to officially fall into recession, would be far better off. Thanks to Miller being selfish, inland empire lost seats to dems!
Administrator, you suck predicting the future! If you say the economy is going down I expect the opposite to happen. Show me one srticle were you were correct.
@really, this administrator is an idiot! You are 100% right!
why are so many companies laying off AFTER Obummer was re-elected?
iM JUST CURIOUS DEMORATS AND LIBTARDS; WHAT IS IT THAT MAKES YOU THINK OBAMA IS GOING TO BE ANY MORE COMPETENT AND EFFECTIVE IN HIS SECOND FOUR YEARS THAN HE WAS IN HIS FIRST FOUR YEARS?
Gina: Actually you are the idiot. Quite stupid arent you?
Look what the Inland Empire elected!
The long-suffering residents of CA-42 (Chino, Diamond Bar, Yorba Linda, La Habra, Brea, Mission Viejo) are used to crooked, scandal-plagued congressmen. In fact the only way a lowlife like Miller was even able to get elected in the first place was by challenging his Republican predecessor, a predecessor (a neighbor), Jay Jim who couldn’t campaign because he was confined to his home and under house arrest after being found guilty of, the most polticiany of crimes: taking bribes. After Miller, maybe they can elect Mike Carona.
HE HE HE HE, you guys are tearing yourselves to shreds. HE HE HE HE HE. You don’t realize that you are in this state of disarray because of the Fox news bubble you have allowed yourselves to live in. As long as you continue to adhere to their nonsense and any and all nonsense that is even vaguely similar to their propaganda you will stay in a state of confusion. Heck, if you don’t believe me, just look at how silly Rove, Morris, Krauthammer, yes ALL of them looked election night after spending months broadcasting that Obama was going to be slaughtered. They in fact were prophesying Romney’s own demise. Stop being stubborn. The welfare of the country is bigger than the Republican party.
Then MOVE…..go away. Listening to John and Ken yesterday was a hoot. All you Republicans screaming about how everything is so bad. We are all going down…..When asked where they are moving to , most mentioned socialist countries with government provided health care for all.
New Rule,……If Republicans want to leave then they need to choose a “Red State” Country. No free healthcare, find tax rates that are lower, no state funding for education or roads, no regulations towards business or safety.
It leaves you the choices of moving to Mexico, Somalia, or many other “places” you might not be so comfortable with. I say, Good Riddance.
Gericault………….I second that motion!
why did Dow Jones drop so much Nov 7?
Benghazi …
Sandy …
8% unemployment … > 10% in California … 14% IE …
“more flexibility” after election …
Pakistani physician who helped root out bin laden …
no budget for 4 years … even with Dem House and Senate!
Crap for the next F*** years!
With SO MANY companies laying off and closing
WHO is going to pay the taxes to pay for the Obamaphones?
15…..HA HA HA HA. what companies are laying off? You must be talking about that phony freedom works article. Ya the same garbage freedom works that sold you the Romney idea. Funny thing is, now that he has lost we get to see just how many conservatives didn’t really like him to start with. You folks need to start acting a little more coherent and stop acting like zombies.

Why are you posting “go to hell” in every Post here?
If you have something to say to Erwin, or Red, say it, come on, spit it out, what’s bothering you??
oops, #17 NOT 27…it’s the beer! Sorry.
Go to helll
#20 Since you are so HELL bent, maybe you are having a bad day, here’s a little something on HELL for you:
THE PHYSICS OF HELL
By a chemistry student
The following is an actual question given on a University of Washington chemistry mid-term. The answer by one student was so profound that the professor shared it with colleagues via the Internet, which is of course, why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well.
Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)?
Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle’s Law, (gas cools off when it expands and heats up when it is compressed) or some variant.
One student, however, wrote the following:
First, we need to know how the volume of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate that souls are moving into Hell and the rate they are leaving.
I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for how many souls are entering Hell, let’s look at the different religions that exist in the world today. Some of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there are more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell.
With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle’s Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added. This gives two possibilities:
1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose.
2. Of course, if Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over. So which is it?
If we accept the postulate given to me by Ms. Teresa Banyan during my Freshman year: “It will be a cold day in Hell before I give you my number,” and take into account the fact that I still have not succeeded in acquiring her number, then 2 cannot be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and will not freeze.
The student received the only “A”.

but i don’t WANT to go to hell!!!
You guys really need to change your anonymous names. We are all anonymous. Administrator , lets encourage a little creativity like ” anonymous one”!
#24
Why?
What does it matter, besides, hang around here long enough and after a while the Anonymous’s are distinguishable… I think #17 & 22 was just having a bad day and wanted someone to blame, other than their ownself.
why?
