Additionally, I hereby request any records that may pertain to complaints by or against Mr. Martinez and/or former-Treasurer Mike Reynolds, as the records may be related to the complaints I have made to the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office and their Public Integrity Unit (PIU), beginning soon after my early-November 2007 complaint to you regarding Mr. Martinez's apparent misconduct on election night of November 6, 2007.
