The race for San Bernardino County supervisor in the sprawling 1st District has turned into a contest of whose resume voters trust more.

Oh, Oh….Not good!
Rick Roelle strongly resembles Former Mexican President Vicente Fox.
Are we sure IT’S NOT HIM?!! Somebody question that man and his motives for running!!
Former President Fox could be under our witness Protection Program for assisting the DEA in Mexico, and changed his name to “Rick Roelle” After all. we do have another former Mexican President, Earnesto Zedillo, corrupting, I mean “teaching” international studies at YALE UNIVERSITY- I guess his people are not worthy of his “teachings and experience” or his people lived through his corrupt and worthless leadership and want nothing more to do with him!
What? The United States “can’t find a anyone willing” to teach International studies, so like the SB Airport Officials, they hired Zedillo “as a last resort”? Oy vey!!
***As a side note:
Mr. Lovingood has my vote for the SOLE REASON that he kind of reminds me of a younger Archie Bunker!
Lovingood has my vote.
If Roelle hadn’t received campaign funds from SEBA and SBPEA Roelle wouldn’t have much money.
But here is a “red flag” for the Unions who supported Roelle.
A quoate from Roelle.
“Roelle said the unions’ support doesn’t necessarily mean he will always side with them, noting that other supervisors have also received campaign contributions from the same union. But he said he does agree with their criticism that county Chief Executive Officer Greg Devereaux and others supervisors have been unwilling to listen to their concerns”.
Yes the other supervisors who didn’t support SEBA were targeted by SEBA. $400k to support Neil Derry in the 3rd District back in the day. Now the support is for James Ramos.
That says it all. Which way will Roelle go when the HEAT is on from his peers and his buddies Mike Ramos and Rod Hoops?
Roelle tuff on crime, OKAY!!!! I still haven’t seen and SPECIFIC noteworthy cases Roelle has done in the last 10 years of his career.
He has not mentioned ONE WORD on all the scandals, bad prosecutions of politicians and cops that have become obvious.
Roelle should know about two of his fellow Lieutenants who were charged for crimes they did not committ in the POST scandal. Hmmm, that is a clue people.
KNOWING Roelle’s TRUE background and track record everything he does is suspect. But the bottom line ALL that Roelle does will be self-serving at the end of the day.
But if your a Roelle supporter, then simply look at HOW LONG he has been in Apple Valley politics and see how the PUBLIC SAFETY staffing levels are in Apple Valley compared to the other cities in the high desert.
If Roelle was the man he would have been able through funding, planning, know how have more cops patrolling the streets of Apple Valley than the other cities do.
I don’t think that is the case. So if Roelle can’t do it in Apple Valley, how can he suddenly do it in the COUNTY?
His sweety City Council person Angela Valles can’t get more cops in Victorville either.
As Mr.Lovingood has said there is “no money”.
Funny how NO POLITICIAN has been able to do that, but MOST of them keep telling us they will. YEA RIGHT!!!!
The staffing levels of cops in the high desert has been low for the last several years. The calls for service continue to rise.
All SBSD can do is fight brush fires that break out. SBSD has become re-active in most of what they do, little pro-active time as compared to years past.
You can keep drinking the Roelle “kool-aid” if you wish.
Go ask SEBA who one of their political advisors are? That would be a telling story by itself.
anon 1….come on, don’t you have anything else to offer besides the same ol Mexican boogeyman routine? Did the rest of you all hear that dog whistle?
No Red,
I’m not just whistling Dixie here…this is NO MEXICAN BOOGEYMAN routine…it all goes back to James Ramos though.
James Ramos IS a former President, or Chief, of a Sovereign nation, just as Ernesto Zedillo is a former Mexican President.
I read that, “Former Mexican President Ernesto Zedillo should be immune from a lawsuit filed in Connecticut over the 1997 killings of 45 people in a Mexican village, the U.S. State Department said in a court filing.”
” [Zedillo] argued that his status as a FORMER NATIONAL LEADER gave him IMMUNITY from the lawsuit. ”
“This complaint is predicated on former President Zedillo’s actions as President, not private conduct,” Koh wrote.
NOW…let’s go back to a quote from a top Tribal Member, “Original Pechange”, who stated here on May 8th, that, “All Native Americans DON’T automatically support each other.’
NOW… let’s also say Ramos is elected, and outraged brave and courageous San Manuel Tribal members do right by reporting, or suing, FORMER CHIEF James Ramos for AIDING and ABETTING the Mexican and Russian Mafia’s by sheltering, protecting and giving a safe haven to DRUG TRAFFICKERS, ASSASSINS, THUGS, SWINDLERS, AND PIMPS within their reservation- as is widely known.
WILL JAMES RAMOS BE ABLE TO CLAIM “IMMUNITY” ARGUING, AS ZEDILLO, THAT HIS ACTIONS WERE AS “CHIEF” OF A SOVEREIGN NATION, AND NOT PRIVATE CONDUCT?
As I have stated previously many times before, “If James Ramos’ residence was not the RESERVATION- he would be in JAIL for aiding and abetting the mafia.” And this is the man DA Mike Ramos, Congressman Jerry Lewis, Bob Dutton, Cook, Rutherford, SEBA, Bob Blough and others have endorsed in exchange for his blood money–the whole county is talking about it and is sick about it!
Here’s more for you dear Red…

“Another DEA document said investigators fear the Mexican Mafia has infiltrated the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians and is extorting money from tribe members, who receive at least $100,000 per month each from casino profits.”
**** Well, well…WHAT CHIEF ALLOWED THE MEXICAN MAFIA TO “INFILTRATE”?
Could the Tribal members sue the “Former Chief” for permitting or purposely not preventing such criminal activity??
