The San Bernardino County Sentinel newspaper has been a source of consternation for many Inland politicians.
That premise hasn’t changed.
Arriving in select local mailboxes Saturday is a new October election edition. A definite surprise to many.
The latest edition is interesting to say the least. It’s also likely to make some local politicos very unhappy.
In particular, San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors Candidate James Ramos.

SWEET!!
We had courageous a taker, the Sentinel has taken the baton and sprinted!!
It seems clear that The Sentinel is not beholden to San Manual Casino money, or intimidated by Mike Ramos.
Mike Ramos—WHO? He is as irrelevant to San Bernardino County politics as is Congressman Jerry Lewis- look what a mess they’ve gotten us into!
“Party Affiliation Confusion Besets Several Candidates” Thank you Robert Rego!
That CONFUSION and CHAOS, led by Congressman Lewis has been echoing for a long time throughout our county and on this blog:

does ramos get the Sentinel? did dutton get the sentinel?
Just like some people get paid to watch commercials and television programs, Ramos has hired several individuals to watch this blog and the press for any negative comments, then his people attempt to repair any negative images left behind about Ramos.
YES, Ramos got this. His paid political consultants have been painfully attempting to explain these articles to him ALL DAY!
They are extremely frustrated because Ramos is delighted he was on the front page, and loves the picture they used…THAT IS ALL RAMOS UNDERSTANDS…
Again, James Ramos is just as bright as his hero Johnny Bravo.
“It’s a beautiful day. But not as beautiful as Me.”
“Enough about me, now let’s talk about… me.”
“Enough about me, let’s talk about you. What do you think of me?”
“Man I’m Pretty!”
I wonder who’s been vandalizing the Derry signs around town. Payback for bad publicity?

if anyone comes and vandalize my property, they will worse off than when they came.
Gee. Neil, did you think no one would notice this?? “Expanded Distribution Paid For By Neil Derry For Supervisor 2012, FPPC ID# 1297158 1606 Palo Verde Drive Redlands, CA 92373″
The newspaper didn’t take issue with Ramos, your sorry amp sign did. Too funny. Be sure to save a copy to read the morning after he beats you in the polls.
Typo. Should read your campaign did
Neil Derry and the San Bernardino Sentinel Rule… adjudicated or not, here they come!
Thank you Mark G.
@If figures,
You are correct, “Expanded Distribution Paid For By Neil Derry”
Why? Because there is truth to the saying that sometimes it takes a “David” with a sling and a stone to triumph over a “Goliath” equipped with a sword and spear and javelin.
THE SENTINEL has come forth, strong and courageous TO PRINT THE TRUTH.
It’s publisher, the objectivity, integrity and quality of the newspaper ARE NOT FOR SALE!
The Sentinel wrote and sent out their own independent publication. Derry paid for extra printing and distribution. What’s wrong with that?
THE SENTINEL HAS BEEN A RESPECTED COUNTY WIDE WEEKLY PUBLICATION FOR OVER FOUR YEARS…
JAMES RAMOS’ POLITICAL CONSULTANTS HAVE TRIED TO “IMITATE” THE SENTINEL BY PUBLISHING A “LOOK ALIKE” PAPER NAMED “Law Enforcement News” where there is NO news…only political candidates quoted and lying about Ramos’ qualifications and bankrupt businesses… that “NEWS” paper will never print again, THE SENTINEL WILL GO ON WITH ITS INTEGRITY INTACT!
Great articles- very enlightening!!!
