Like many college students, Cal State Northridge junior Jocelyn Silva is stressed over her rising tuition and mounting student debt.

UPLAND – The City Council and residents will hear an update on the city’s dire financial situation during Monday’s meeting.

The city is still waiting for the results of its annual audit, but officials expect cuts will need to be made in the near future.
