It hasn’t been easy keeping track of the myriad companies Scot Spencer has managed at San Bernardino International Airport.
Now there may be another to add to the list.

This is the guy that Mike Ramos should have been going after, rather than Neil Derry, Jim Erwin, or Jeff Burum.
Why isn’t he?
Because Mike Ramos will need a job soon.

No wonder the City of SB is BK and the SBIAA/ IVDA headed-up by Mayor Pat and VIP Josie is under investigation by the FBI/ IRS for fraudulent business practices and the squandering of public funds.
It’s common knowledge of the strategy that BB&K utilize and direct their public agency clients to follow: hire the unqualified and the debarred, former-Fugitives now on-parole (HI, Redlands HR Director DWI-DSL), but forget about the competent.
I’ve personally seen this strategy used in loco-al government, as these folks (felons, unregistered consultants and their attorneys) have no scruples and will “play the game” and “play stupid” whenever asked to cover-up for transgressions by the politicians, politico’s and bureaucrats.
BB&K are the enablers at most all of the IE agencies, acting in multiple conflict situations with cities, jpa’s, water co’s, non-profit boards, you name it, they represent it… just another form of LEGAL SERVICES FRAUD!

Spencer is only trying to copy what he watches Burum and Richards do.

Has Spencer not caught on? Things have changed; the people, the county, the cities, how business is done or not done. There is, however, much more change to be done- for one, getting rid of Spencer and exposing him before he rapes, pillages, and plunders the Inland Empire of more tax dollars.

When you “mention” Richards and Burum’s “swindle of $102 Million taxpayer dollars,” are you referring to their fighting back against the county, beating them in court, and settling the damages for far less than they may have been awarded?
As to their “toxic and selfish endeavor,” every time I drive through The Colonies it looks to me like a first class development, and the Colonies Crossroads commercial center is typically extremely busy. Given what was there before, it seems like a major upgrade.
Finally, as to their “decimation of county politics,” I guess they were not able to “decimate” Jon Mikels, otherwise he might have accepted their offer to give the county the land and pay them $12 Million. Had that happened, the lawsuit would never have been filed, the county would have an extra $130 Million or so in the bank, and most people would never have heard of Jeff Burum and Dan Richards.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t Brulte and Spencer LOOK as if they could be related? Same DNA gene pool? That answers questions.
And Spencer should have THE BOOK THROWN AT HIM.
Spencer is the most notorious con and swindler operating under wraps and protections of county and city officials because they have been benefiting…PULL THE PLUG GUYS, OR GO DOWN WITH HIM!
